We will provide snacks and water/juice. If your child has any special dietary needs or allergies, please let us know. Of course you can also bring along your own snack and drink. We can assist with toilet and potty facilities, however, please ensure that your child is potty trained if attending without a nappy. For those needing nappies, please bring along some and we will keep them in case of need. A change of clothes is also recommendable as well as wearing play clothes in case it gets a bit messy during play. And remember that shoes should be able to be taken off and put on easily to avoid any frustration upon arrival and leaving Midget Gems.

Please be punctual in dropping off and collecting your children - they should arrive before the session starts and be picked up on time at the end of the session.

To ensure that illness is not passed on to other children, if your child is feeling unwell or is possibly contagious, please keep them at home and give them time to get well. Please also do not forget to inform us before 9 am in case a child will be absent. In case we feel that a child is too sick for playgroup we will arrange for the child to be sent home; in the interest of everyone. Please note that no make-up classes are provided in case of absence or cancellation.

Safety at Playgroup: Midget Gems is located on the second floor in the close vicinity of a fire escape staircase. All the windows have been closed and we have taken great care to minimize the chance of getting hurt within the apartment. A first aid box and fire extinguisher is available. In addition we have limited the adult to child ratio to maximum 2:10 !
